Sleepzzz....
According to a poll conducted in 2004 by the National Sleep Foundation (NSF), revealed that at least 63% of Americans do not get the recommended eight hours of sleep every night!A study conducted by the British Medical Association, showed that about 16 to 60 percentage of road accidents involve sleep deprivation. Not to mention a whole host of other problems ranging from weakened immune systems to asthma & diabetes to memory loss.
The brilliant feline community didn't need all these brainy research and poll to know that sleep is important. Very, very important, considering that cats sleep about 16 hours a day! Sure, they might not get to do much the rest of their waking hours, I reckon that there are much less road accidents to attend to too.
